It is anticipated that in September or October of this year that EPA will issue a new Request for Proposals (RFP) for  applications for the implementation of clean diesel technologies for eligible entities.

At this time, there is no certainty of the amount of funding that the BSC will receive.  Since these new federal funds should be available soon on a competitive basis, you are encouraged to start finding an eligible partner if needed, assessing your fleet, and evaluating technologies in order to be prepared for when EPA announces the new RFP.
