• The proposed projects must involve and activity or effort which goes above and beyond regulatory requirements and results in emissions reductions.
  
  
• The proposed projects must have been completed/implemented post the 2005 calendar year
  
  
• The proposed projects directly or indirectly (i.e., by encouraging actions) reduce emissions of criteria pollutants or hazardous/toxic air pollutants.
  
  
• The proposed projects demonstrate effective collaboration and partnerships.
  
  
• The organization submitting the proposed projects can effectively measure/evaluate the outcomes of the project, program or technology.

Blue Skyways applicants are reviewed by the Coordinator and Outreach Committee staff. After an initial technical screening of all applications, you will be contacted if further information is needed. A notification letter/certificate of approval will be sent by the Blue Skyway designee.
