The US EPA is now accepting applications for the 2009 Clean Diesel Funding.

The Request for Applications (RFA ) is for $64 million nationally in competitive awards. The funding can be used for the implementation of clean diesel technologies and other eligible uses of funding by eligible entities.

EPA Region 6 and Region 7 anticipate awarding approximately 4-14 non-tribal awards for between $200,000 and $1,500,000. The minimum eligible funding request for tribal proposals is $30,000. Funding will be in the form of cooperative agreements or grants.
